IHB Institute was established in 2008 by Emmanuella, a veteran with over 15 years of hands-on experience as a hairdresser, beauty therapist, salon owner, and school operator. As a qualified Public Administrator, Facilitator, Assessor, and Cosmetic Formulator, she built IHB on a foundation of educational excellence and professional integrity.
